Inman Law Group LLP provides legal services to residential and commercial property owners association, including compliance with the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act, corporate legal issues, and governing document interpretation.  We assist boards of directors with the adoption of rules, the amendments to governing documents, member ballot and election procedures, and enforcement of governing documents.

Builders & Real Estate Developers

For real estate developers and residential builders, we provide legal services related to the creation of common interest developments and assist our clients in obtaining Final Subdivision Public Reports from the California Bureau of Real Estate. We also have a California Bureau of Real Estate approved residential purchase contract (“DRR”) which facilitates the process of obtaining a Final Subdivision Public Report.

Condo &  PUDs

Inman Law Group LLP assists clients with the formation, operation, and compliance management of both condominium complexes, as well as planned unit developments (PUDs). We have California Bureau of Real Estate approved Master Management Documents (“MMDs”) for single and multi-phase condominium projects and planned developments.
